This valley is also unavailable within the normal trekking trail networks, a sort of local secret only visited by budding climbers and adventurous backcountry enthusiasts. This valley is home to some of the biggest mountain faces in the world, as the 1200m east faces of the Escudo and Fortaleza dominate the skyline, as well as the famous Towers of Paine, seldom seen from this unbelievable perspective.
Day 5 - On day 5 we descend to our vehicle, and head back to Puerto Natales for a well deserved meal and some rest, the perfect end to a wild backpacking trip.
